Hello Team,
We have a CMC meeting scheduled for this Wednesday 8/22, 6:30 in the
Administration Conference room.
Our agenda will include:
- Review Phase 1 Schematic Drawings and move into Phase 1 Design
Development.
- Finalize Board of Adjustment submittal for Special Exception scheduled for
8/23
- BOA hearing scheduled for 10/4
- Review Construction Management RFP progress
- Develop and select an Audio/Visual Task Force charged with
interacting/meeting with AV consultants and developing an AV plan for phase
1
- Develop and select a Kitchen and Food Service Task force to finalize
kitchen equipment layout
- Initial preparation thoughts to WRA for October 14 Voter's
meeting.
- Introduce Lisa and her team to the congregation. WRA direct
Final Phase 1 Design Development presentation.
Enclosed are the meeting notes from July's meeting, notes from the
preliminary site plan meeting with Pinellas County, and an updated design
schedule.
Our next meeting with WRA is scheduled for Wednesday 9/19 @ 6:30 PM.
