Christ the King has recently formed a ministry partnership with the Christian Outreach Center. Formerly based in downtown Clearwater, Florida, this mission organization has a new home on our campus. Under the leadership of John and Brenda Grampsas, the C.O.C. is dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with children and their families in Pinellas County. Children develop a positive relationship with adults who care for them and ultimately with Jesus Christ as their Savior. The programs consist of a meal, game time, music, movie with popcorn, a Bible lesson told using puppets, skits and/or audio visuals, object lessons to reinforce the message.

Program hours are 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. - 12 a.m. Saturday. Volunteers are needed who have a passion to work directly with kids or have a desire to work in a support role behind the scenes.
