Responsibilities:
Answer phone, greet visitors, route mail, maintain and manage food pantry, schedule acolytes for worship services, maintain flower calendar, help with schedules, maintain copiers, inputs prayer information on prayer list, maintain list of birthdays and anniversaries, serve the church as wedding coordinator, operate office machines, provide clerical assistance to staff members, committees and volunteers, process timesheets and payroll, assist with bulletins and inserts, and assist with accounting.
