Like a pastor, an Elder is a ”caretaker of souls.” As a spiritual overseers, “Elders” young and old are primarily interested, as was Christ, in the spiritual growth of the individual member entrusted to their care. Each Elder at CTK has a number of people in their care called zones. To determine who your elder is, church members can check the zone next to their name in the church directory and match it to the zone in the directory. Photos of Elders and their zones are also displayed in the narthex of the church sanctuary.
