Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to providing affordable, structurally sound homes for those in need, and Christ The King is proud to be participant in this worthwhile program. Pinellas County is the most densely populated county in the state of Florida, and many of our neighbors live in substandard housing. Christ The King has partnered with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and Habitat for Humanity to serve our community by raising the living conditions for families in need, allowing them to direct their attention to higher needs such as education, emotional health, career and healthy relationships. Members from Christ The King participate in various Habitat projects throughout the county on a regular basis.
