Our Purpose
As a Christian congregation we exist, by the power of God's Holy Spirit, and through faith in His only Son, Jesus Christ, to praise God and proclaim the Gospel of God's salvation to all mankind. Our existence, energies, and monies are then completely dedicated to the two aspects of this ministry:

First, to intently focus
on reaching, teaching, baptizing, and making disciples of those in the
Largo area, and throughout the world, who are presently without God's salvation
by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20); and
Secondly, to address
the needs of one another, as Christ's disciples by feeding, nurturing,
forgiving, serving, and caring for one another through the Word and Sacrament,
prayer, and Christian witness motivated by God's immeasurably gracious
love of us (John 15:9; 1 John 4:7).
